The retirement plan is the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS) for eligible, full-time employees. DCEA and the employee each contribute toward the employee's retirement. ALL Douglas-Cherokee employees are eligible to participate in the State of Tennessee 401(k) savings plan. Any employee, no matter how many hours you work, is eligible to join. The main purpose of the 401(k) is to help you save and invest for retirement.
